Frequently Asked Questions

IS THERE A CONTRACT I NEED TO SIGN?
No!  Your service can be stopped at any time with a simple phone call or e mail at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled service.


IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE INITIAL SERVICE OR CAN I JUST GET A ONE TIME SERVICE?

There is an initial clean up fee for your first visit if your yard  has not been cleaned recently or if you just need a one time clean up.  This fee will be fully disclosed and approved by you before we begin work.   


SHOULD I UNLOCK MY GATE?
Yes. POO-PATROL employees are not permitted to climb or jump over fences, Please have your gate unlocked on your service day.  You may provide us with a key to the lock or let us know the combination if that is convenient for you. 


CAN YOU WORK WITH MY DOG IN THE YARD?
In most cases, yes.  We get along well with dogs, however, there are some cases when a dog will not allow our employee into the yard.  If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean your yard,  we ask that you restrain or confine your dog.  We don't wish to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.


HOW WILL I BE BILLED FOR YOUR SERVICES?

The initial clean up fee if applicable, is payable at the time of service.  All regularly scheduled weekly service visits are billed at the end of the month.  Payment is due upon receipt.  Accounts not paid in full by the 15th of the following month will be charged a $10.00 late fee and will have their service temporarily stopped until the account is paid in full.  A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.  For our customers convenience, we offer online bill paying with your Visa, MasterCard or Debit Card.

We promise that you will get service you are happy with or you don't have to pay for it!  We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our success.  We're working very hard to make our name mean reliable, high-quality service. We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know within 24 hours .  We will make it right, either by coming back to re-clean the yard or by crediting your account.


WE OFFER A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM:

When you refer a new customer to us and they agree to weekly servicing, you will get (1) one week of service free.    Please have them give us your name when they sign up for service.
